What we collect
On this page we collect the work email you submit to request a pilot, which form you submitted it from, and the roles you pick if you choose to tell us. That's it. This page covers the site; using MailNail itself is governed by the terms you agree to when your account is created.
Why we collect it
We use these details to answer your pilot request and to set up the first call with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
Analytics
We use product analytics to understand how visitors use this site: page views, clicks, and anonymized session replays with all text input masked. This data stays in our analytics tool and is never sold or shared. No third-party ad trackers.
What we don't do
No newsletter. No drip campaign. No third-party ad trackers. No selling your data. We write to you only about your pilot request.
Your choices
Want us to delete your pilot request? Email us and we'll delete it. Once you have an account, you can manage everything from inside it.
