MailNail is AI that runs your company's email. It does the repeated work that arrives by mail, and a person approves what goes out.

A writing assistant helps one person write one reply faster. MailNail knows which customer, deal or order each mail belongs to, and does the follow-ups, confirmations and reminders itself.

Not necessarily. MailNail keeps track of every customer, deal and order from your mail, so a team without a CRM does not need one. A team that has one keeps it, and MailNail can keep it up to date.

Our aim is around 20 hours a month for every person. We measure it on every pilot seat.

We start with a call about your team's mail. Then we set up one role with you and measure the time it gives back. Pilots are paid, and we agree the terms on the first call. If it does not give your team time back, we stop.

We plan to open MailNail in early 2027. Until then, we work with a few pilot teams.

The two hours a day come from McKinsey Global Institute, The social economy, 2012: email takes 28% of the workweek, about 2.2 hours of an 8-hour day. The 20 hours a month is our own estimate, and we measure it on pilot seats.
