MailNail is a B2B platform. AI agents and workflows do the work that arrives by email, and a person approves what leaves the company.

Email has become everyone's second job. A person spends about two hours a day in the inbox, and most of that time goes to the same tasks again and again. Today's AI makes that work faster. We think it should make that work disappear.

## What MailNail does

MailNail understands what happens across your inbox. It connects each message to the right customer, deal or order. Then it handles the repeated work: follow-ups, confirmations, reminders and more. A person stays in control and approves everything that leaves the company. The AI runs on MailNail's own models, or on the company's own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key.

## Built per role

Each role repeats different work, so MailNail sets up each role on its own. Sales and logistics come first. Accounts and office come next, and they have no page yet.

## Where MailNail is now

MailNail is in development. We plan to open it in early 2027. Until then, we run paid pilots with a few teams that run the business from email: distributors, logistics firms, building firms, agencies and accounting firms.

## How a pilot works

A pilot starts with a first call about your team's mail. Then we set up one role with your team and measure the time it gives back. Pilots are paid, and we agree the terms on the first call. Write to hello@mailnail.com or use the form on the site.

## Who builds it

We built the whole stack ourselves, down to our own mail servers.

## Privacy

MailNail staff have no screen where they can read your mail. Mail is encrypted at rest with a key that is not in the database.
